Have you ever thought about researching "the right to work" and what it means?
Usually, the talk goes something like this:
"South Carolina is a right to work state.  That means employers can fire you for whatever reason they want."
Sound familiar?
"I don't like the way you cut your hair today, Mr. Smith.  You're fired."
The Right to work has NOTHING TO DO with that, although I asked a police sergeant the other day that does the hiring for his department if he has encountered right to work issues.  He basically said that he uses the right to work issue as to whether he is going to hire someone or not.

Look at USSC decisions concerning the Right to Work cases.
The state cannot convert a Right into a Privilege, issue a license and charge a fee for it.
